1.Management of waste collection manifest: Hazardous - Non-hazardous - By pass
Check the legal terms of the information recorded in the manifest.
Follow up & collect correct manifests to replace incorrect ones (if any).
Scan & save file manifests into folder document management.
Store hard copy of collection manifests in the storage cabinet.
2.Return the completion manifests to the customer
Collect stored hard copy manifest and complete the signature & stamp to return to customer.
Send email notifying the return of completed manifests to customer.
Send EMS to the correct PIC of receiving customer's manifests within 3 days to comply legal requirement.
Tracking the receipt to ensure that the customer has received the letter.
3.SLA manifest report
Follow up & remind CATL & HONC for the confirmation of co-processing waste completed on time.
Synthesize data and send SLA report to relevant teams every week.
Manifest returned report monthly.
