Mô tả công việc
- Customer service
- Resolve and manage customer complaints via all channels (phone, email, mail, or social media)
- Use telephone to reach out to customers and verify account information and qualify the customer database
- Enrich loyalty program and loyalty mobile app with add offers/services
- Analyze the loyalty program data.
- Manage the loyalty program operations and support in-store usage
- Cancel or upgrade accounts.
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
- Cross functional work with IT dept to ensure best customer quality enrichment in stores
- Prepare the reports for customer service every month
- Support stores in daily activities to deal with customer's issues
- Compose the content for customer service
- Ensure best quality customer service in requested time

Yêu cầu
- Bachelor of Arts in English, Commerce, Public Relation, Marketing, etc.
- High demand of English communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Officer (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
- Having over 1 year experience in customer service
- Good understanding of customer needs
- Good on interpersonal communication
- Can work under pressure, respect project timeline; capable of listening and learning, speak and act with conviction
- Pro-active, self-directed, honest, fast-learning, quick-adapt.
- High demand of English communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Officer (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
- Having over 1 year experience in customer service
- Good understanding of customer needs
- Good on interpersonal communication
