Customer Service via Omnichannel Platforms:
Provide accurate and satisfactory responses to customer inquiries and concerns through phone, email, web chat, LinkedIn, Facebook and other social media channels.
Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues and deliver appropriate solutions or alternatives.
Conduct follow-up calls to inform customers about further responses or to ensure their concerns are resolved effectively.
Adhere to communication scripts when addressing various topics, aiming to meet or exceed call center metrics while maintaining consistent, excellent customer service.
Record all customer interactions in a clear and organized manner in the call center database.
Receptionist Duties:
Welcome and assist customers, partners and visitors professionally and courteously at the front desk.
Handle incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate department and manage correspondence.
Maintain the reception area in a tidy and organized manner to reflect a professional image of the company.
Yêu cầu
College/University graduate with a major in Business Administration, Commerce, Foreign Trade, Marketing, Information Technology or related fields.
At least 1 year of experience in customer service/reception/call center /omnichannel sales.
Good communication skills in English.
Proficiency in Excel is preferred.
Strong problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
Excellent writing and verbal communication abilities, time management skills, the ability to multitask and work diligently
