Customer Service Representative

ASQ is looking for 25 Customer Service Representatives to support one of our global partners.
Responsibilities:
• Customer service supporting the consumers through Email/Telephone call/Chats. Under the agreement Consultant resolves customer's queries, requests, and complaints.
• Acts with customers in mind, establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers.
• Communicates with customers in a warm, helpful and professional manner while simultaneously building credibility and rapport.
• Document and maintain electronically timely and appropriate follow up on each lead/associate query.
• Review, research and resolve written and verbal customer correspondence regarding queries around the (Subscription) program or any other queries financial in nature specific to the associate.
• Provides services after collaborating with internal teams, field teams, PM for the program, City managers and customers to research and provide correct information, as necessary.
• Consistently provide professional, courteous, and prompt customer service to all associate and business partners.
