In term of the expanding purpose, we are now seeking for qualified candidate who will join our company and work at HCMC head office:
JOB DECRIPTION:
- Settle customer's inquiry: Receive queries / requests from Customers and resolve transactional /issues & queries as part of the CS menu.
- Booking management: Booking input, booking revision, routing...
- Handle all after sales activities: vessel sked, loading list, rollover, COD, advisories ¬ification letter to customers, promote digital tool ....

Yêu cầu

- Vietnamese Citizen;
- Graduated from the university majoring in in Logistics/Supply Chain/Economics/Foreign Trade/ International Business or related (essential);
- Good interpersonal, negotiation & communication skill;
- Fluent in comprehension, written and spoken English;
- Ability to work independently, actively, creatively;
- From 01 - 03 experience years preferred;
- Super computer literacy with capability in MS Office and Excel.
- Work comfortable under pressure and attention to detail;
- Enthusiastic, dynamic and well organized;
- Willing to meet objectives.
