Mô tả công việc
• Receiving shipping plan from customer
• Co-operate with FF team to contact Agent and arrange shipment
• Co-operate with Agent/ Region/ HQ pricing to find solution about space
• Following and tracing shipments, update to customer the status with daily report
• Update to customer delay notice or any change of shipment schedule
• Control extra costs based on bidding rate and bidding conditions
• Report to managers/ HQ sales owner about all issues during running the biz
• Involving in solving all arising issues
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

Yêu cầu
• Having 3 years of experience in customer service or related field.
• Good at English, both spoken and written.
• Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
