Mô tả công việc
- Acknowledge and appropriately greet and assist every customer in a timely manner
- Communicate directly with overseas customers and head office
- Process customer orders in a courteous, efficient and timely manner
- Organize workflow to meet customer deadlines
- Make sure that all production changes are updated in the AX system properly
- Send the updated weekly production report to the customers
- Inform the customer about the order status

- University graduated
- Good communication and written in English
- Good at MS Office
- Have Customer Service and Communication Skills
- Experienced required: at least 1 - 2 years in Customer Service
