Supervisor, monitor and manage all procedures related to customers/ contract/cash
collections
• Handling all issues related to cash collections
• Coordinate and support CFU during the handover period
• Product management & contract issuance.
• Carry out procedures related to the handover of products to customers.
• Perform customer support procedures
• In charge of monitoring and urging the collection of difficult debts
• In charge of procedures, notarized records of red books, pink books to customers.
• Conducting after-sales customer opinion surveys - Handling pre-sales and after-sales
complaints
• Implementing customer care activities
• Proposing to implement customer appreciation programs.
compliance Complete and improve processes and regulations
• Effective control of the budget
• Reports: all report related to sales/ customers
• Other duties assigned by direct manager
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree (Human Resource Management/Law/Communication is plus)
• 05 years or more in the field of customer care, of which 02 years of management experience in the
equivalent position; especially in Real Estate Industry
• Knowledgeable and experienced in the field of real estate.
• Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts of all kinds.
• Customer care and persuasive communication skills.
• Skills in negotiating and handling situations that occur accordingly, harmonizing the interests of the
parties.
• Good communication English
• Well-planning and very good communication skills, good looking is a plus.
• Negotiation, presentation, interpersonal, collaboration, management skills.
