Position Summary
- Act at the frontline together with Sales to handle and solve all issues from VIP clients, including complaints and requests for further explanation
- Follow up with Booking Team to ensure VIP account bookings are released within 24 hours, for any pending bookings due to rate or space unavailability, update the situation to VIP customers and coordinate with Sales and Trade teams to ensure timely release
Responsibilities
- Monitor vessel changes, delays, advances, omissions, mother vessel changes, and tracking (performed by SSC); coordinate with Booking Team, Sales, and Trade, and provide explanations or solutions to VIP customers when required;
- Join Sales team in customer meetings from time to time to understand customer requirements and collect feedback;
- Send loading confirmation to VIP customers'
- Manage and share TP / Non-TP schedules, Pre-SOB + SOB (Version 01), TLA, CGO, vessel notices, and all relevant operational information with the Booking Team;
- Create customer codes for VIP customers only;
- Handle COD cases, hold bookings, container returns, re-export cases, and damage cases (during transit to transshipment port or destination) for VIP accounts.
Yêu cầu
Key Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any related majors, preferably in Logistics or equivalent
- 1 - 2 years of direct relevant or similar experience in Customer Service function in shipping or forwarding company
Key Competencies & Skills
- Knowledge Portnet, TMS.
- MS Office applications (especially Excel).
- Good in English communication, both written and verbal
- Able to work independently and ability to work under pressure.
- Team-work skills.
- Customer oriented, ability to respond positively and sensitively to the need of customers and follows though queries / transactions effectively and efficiently and reverts to customers without delay.
