Evergreen Line operate a modern fleet of container ships with a combined capacity of more than 1.5 million TEU and maintain services across a broad array of trade lanes around the world.
As the agent for Evergreen Line at Vietnam, we are now seeking 1 responsible, hardworking, detail-oriented Customer Service member to join our growing team in Da Nang office. The ideal candidate will be able to build relationships with our customer, ensure customer satisfaction and all terms conditions being met. Candidates should be good at English. Friendly-professional attitude and teamwork is essential to success in this role.
Daily Responsibilities shall be described in the interview.

College or University graduation.
• Preferably degree with major in Maritime, Foreign trade, import and export, Finance/Banking, Business, logistic ...
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good at English
• Age is not over 28.
• Strong organizational skills to ensure accurate and timely completion of duty
• Promote and ensure strong team environment.
• Friendly and professional customer-oriented communication skills.
• Recognition of importance of customer satisfaction with term and condition met
• Get ready to deal with stressful situations and rebound to keep up morale.
