Mô tả công việc
Answering customer queries on live chat and emails. Collaborate with internal cross-functional departments to meet customer requirements.
Follow onboarding, training, and support procedures correctly, ensuring that all customers are successfully utilizing the apps, are fully engaged, and get the value they expect.
Build strong, long-term relationships with customers by constantly communicating and efficiently resolving issues with alternate solutions tailored to individual needs.
Gather users' reviews on the Shopify app listing and other marketplaces.
Create instructional materials for apps (user guides and video tutorials).
Conduct weekly, quarterly, and annual customer success reports to ensure customers optimize our products/service, issues are resolved proactively and customer goals are met.
Make recommendations to improve customer service quality. Provide insight and relay the voice of customers to the internal teams.
Gain an understanding of the business landscape, competition, and the latest industry trends.
Other minor related tasks assigned by the manager.

Yêu cầu
Degrees in Business, Administration, Economics, or a related field and available to work full-time
Customer support experience is a plus.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Interest in working with multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers.
Proactively engages customers with a consultative, solution-orientated approach to identify new opportunities.
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new challenges.
Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with a systematic approach to problem-solving.
Customer support experience is a plus.
