Mô tả công việc
Based on the team guidance, communicate with customers via phone, email, chat, or in person.
Provide onboarding help, answer questions about features, and transfer customer issues to the development team if you can't solve them.
Suggest information about other products and services to customers to satisfy customer's needs to drive business growth.
Build deep relationships with customers to enable them to be loyal customers.
Collect customer information and communicate with them to get their feedback/ insights into current/ future products or services then collaborate with the product team to make them go live.
Work together with the team to achieve the team & company's goals.

Have a reliable computer to enable efficient remote work from home.
Be willing to learn about e-commerce, technical aspects of our app and E-commerce platforms.

Respect the differences of others, including cultural and language differences, and will adapt their style and approach to match the needs of different individuals and teams.
Work constructively under stress and pressure.
Have experience in the customer service field.
Have a reliable computer to enable efficient remote work from home.
Be willing to learn about e-commerce, technical aspects of our app and E-commerce platforms.

Night shift allowance: 30% of the salary for working during night hours (10 PM - 6 AM).
Work-from-home equipment allowance: 300,000 VND per month, prorated by the number of remote working days.
