Mô tả công việc
- Prepare bilingual English - Vietnamese economic contract with customer
- Receive and handle requests and feedback from customers in the industrial park.
- Maintain good relationships with current customers, support issues arising during operations
- Manage, monitor the implementation and payment of service contracts related to customers.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues related to services, technology, and operations.
- Update customer information, monitor contracts, support administrative procedures and keep good filling.
- Organize activities and events to serve customers in the industrial park.
Yêu cầu
- Have experience on preparing bilingual English - Vietnamese economic contract
- Have experience in customer care, preferably working in industrial parks.
- Good communication, problem-solving and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in office software;
- Good English communication skills.
- Professional, friendly and progressive demeanor.
- Long-term commitment to the company, living in Hanoi, Hung Yen is an advantage.
- Age: Under 35
- Experience (Fresh candidates graduated from FTU, HANU, NEU in related fields maybe in the short list): 3+ years
- Education University degree in Economics or related fields
- Language: English (TOEIC > 700/ IELTS 6.5 or higher)
- MS. Office: Good
