We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Software Support Specialist who is fluent in English to join our rapidly growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing customer support for our software products, ensuring that all inquiries and issues are resolved in a timely. You will be the primary point of contact for our Australian customers and will work closely with our development team to ensure that issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
Duties:
Provide technical support and excellent customer service to our Australian customers via phone and email in a timely
Troubleshoot software issues and work with customers to resolve
Document and track customer issues and resolutions
Provide training to customers on how to use our software products
Work with the development team to identify and resolve recurring issues
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that customer needs are met
Participate in customer service initiatives to improve customer satisfaction

Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
Proven experience in a customer support role or related
Experience working with software products, preferably in a technical support role
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good understanding of the Australian market and culture is a plus
