Mô tả công việc
Role Summary
- Be in charge of customs declaration for Import/Export shipments including collecting, checking docs, HS code... then declare on VASS system for cargo: machinery, garment or general cargo; following up shipments status till finish customs clearance as lead time of customers also.
- Collect and prepare CO Docs then submit on CO system of VCCI & MOIT.
- Lead Customs team.
Specific Accountabilities
- Experienced in working with customs authorities and relevant ministries/agencies such as MOIT, VCCI, etc.
- Strong knowledge in preparing and handling finalization reports for manufacturing and processing companies with customs authorities
- Proficient in electronic customs declaration software (VNACCS/VCIS) and national single window systems, with knowledge of HS Codes and rules of origin under trade agreements in which Vietnam participates.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively assign tasks within the team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, especially in handling issues with customs authorities and specialized management agencies.
- Ability to foster communication and collaboration among team members and across different teams to build a connected workplace culture.
- Supervising customs team.
Yêu cầu
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in logistics field, import-export, and customs procedures.
- At least 5 years in a team leader/supervisor/manager position in customs section in logistics company.
Required Skills
- Good English communication with reading/writing/speaking skills.
- Diligent, detail oriented, able to work under pressure
- Leading skill, team works/disciplined, punctuality and honesty
- Strong knowledge of laws, circulars, decrees related to customs, import-export taxes, specialized inspection regulations, and licensing of import-export goods.
