- Work closely with customers,
business analysts, and architects to understand requirements
and translate them into technical designs
- Develop custom Salesforce components using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Flow
- Customize standard and custom objects, workflows, approval processes, and validation rules
- Implement Salesforce integration with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or
third-party connectors
- Participate in technical planning, estimation, and code reviews
- Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices and comply with security and performance
requirements
- Support data migration, sandbox deployment, and production rollout
- College or university graduate
- Basic understanding and some hands-on experience with Salesforce development.
- Familiarity with Apex, LWC, Flow Builder, and Salesforce DX.
- Exposure to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce modules.
- Good understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, security, and governor limits.
- Familiarity with or exposure to Salesforce integrations with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs,
middleware).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools for Salesforce (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, etc.).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- A strong desire to learn and grow within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Basic spoken and written English, knowledge of Chinese is a plus

- Experience working with public sector clients or in regulated environments
- Prior experience in Salesforce Community Cloud / Experience Cloud
- Knowledge of Data Loader, SOQL, and deployment tools
- Background in JavaScript, HTML/CSS for LWC components
- Familiarity with Salesforce AppExchange packages
