Your Skills and Experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or BI Developer with a proven track record of delivering insightful reports and data-driven solutions.
Expertise in Power BI and SQL, with advanced knowledge of data visualization techniques.
Strong understanding of database management principles, data modeling, and ETL processes.
Proficient in probability and statistics, with the ability to apply these concepts in real-world business scenarios.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively to American English-speaking end-users.
Self-driven, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to adapt to new challenges and quickly acquire knowledge in new areas.
Preferred qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Familiarity with the retail (eCommerce) and logistics sectors.
- Strong working knowledge of Python and its use in data analysis and automation.
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI tools that enhance work performance, such as those for automating processes, generating insights, or improving reporting efficiency.
Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in your work.
Ability to work in a flexible environment with a focus on remote work in the PST timezone or a hybrid schedule combining offline work in VNT timezone and remote work in PST timezone.
