Support the BI team in preparing and transforming data using Excel, SQL, etc.; updating reports and dashboards in Power BI and Excel.
Perform data checks between reports and source systems; flag discrepancies to the team.
Support ad-hoc data requests from business teams under the support of senior team members.
Assist in maintaining and reducing manual preparation effort (Excel/VBA, Power Query, Python).
Develop, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards in Power BI/ Tableau/ Excel to serve business users across departments
Support testing and documentation for the team's reporting projects.
Document report logic and data definitions to build up the team's knowledge base.
Other tasks as requested by the Line Manager.
Yêu cầu
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
0-1 years of experience in data analysis, BI, or reporting roles; fresh graduates with strong project/internship experience are welcome.
Technical Skills
Good command of Excel (PivotTables, lookup functions, Power Query); VBA is a plus.
Nice to have SQL understanding (SELECT, JOIN, aggregation); experience with Oracle or SQL Server is an advantage.
Hands-on exposure to Power BI or a similar BI tool (data modeling, basic DAX, visualization best practices).
Understanding of retail/wholesale business metrics (sales, margin, inventory) is an advantage.
