Mô tả công việc
Perform daily data management tasks, including monitoring and maintaining transaction data.
Collaborate closely with the DMS (Distributor Management System) team to ensure accurate and up-to-date master data.
Supply requested data to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner, addressing their specific needs and requirements.
Collect and analyse user feedback on issues or bottleneck and improvement opportunities related to Sales system.
Collaborate with stakeholders from various channels to understand their needs and requirements to propose initiatives and solutions to system enhancements and modifications to meet new business requirements.
Monitor the progress of workstreams and ensure they align with the established business processes.
Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

Education: Bachelor's degree
Experience: 1 to 2 years' experience as a system service supporter or master data role
Skills:
Business acumen mindset, basic knowledge about Sales o Understand DMS system in back office.
Data analysis skill o Advanced Excel skills, Power BI & SQL is a plus
Communication skills (Vietnamese / English)
