The opportunity
Data Associate (Chinese Speaking) - Ho Chi Minh Office
Your key responsibilities:
Supporting
Business Development, Marketing and Sales strategies including but not limited to:
Customer Data Acquisition and Preparation:
- Identifying customer data sources (internal system database, external google form collection etc.).
- Data extraction, cleaning, and transformation (handling missing values, outliers, data formatting).
- Data validation and quality checks.
Revenue Reporting and Communication:
- Generating comprehensive detailed reports such as BD report summarizing revenue, conversion rate, including win/rejection analysis, and upcoming BD plan;
- Presenting results to stakeholders through presentations or meetings.
Membership Management:
- Managing membership data in a database
- Actively retaining existing members through content interaction
- Support for organizing member events, providing member support
- Analyse membership trends to inform future strategies
Market Research and Study:
- Exploratory data analysis summary with key Chinese investment trends monthly
- Building predictive models (if applicable)
Translation Support:
- Documents Chinese translation support per required.
Yêu cầu
To qualify for the role you must have
- Vietnam with excellent Chinese capability (Chinese at HSK6 level); English intermediate level
- University degree (Chinese language, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, or related subjects);
- Have an interest in economic/finance/sales issues, willing to learn and sense of confidentiality;
- Proactive and committed long-term;
- Can work in high pressure and independently, have problem - solving skills;
- Excellent computer skills (MS Excel, Power Point);
