We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for consolidating data from various sources, ensuring accurate item creation, and managing content updates across platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and writing skills, fluency in English, and experience in data management systems. Prior experience with Walmart or [protected info] is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Consolidate and organize data from multiple sources for item creation and system updates.
• Complete and submit item creation forms with accuracy.
• Develop and maintain production plans in the ERP system.
• Create and manage item masters, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Validate item details to maintain data integrity.
• Upload and manage product images on the website.
• Create and update items for [protected info] and other e-commerce platforms.
• Regularly update product content, descriptions, and attributes on the site.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and marketplace requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support product launches and updates.
Yêu cầu
Qualifications & Skills:
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large sets of data.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools.
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Prior experience with Walmart or [protected info] is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and product content management.
• Familiarity with Walmart's item creation and content update processes.
• Basic knowledge of image management for e-commerce sites.
