Demand Forecasting
Partner with the Commercial team (including Marketing, Trade Marketing, Customer Service-Sales Operations, and Sales) and Finance teams to generate precise demand forecasts for assigned categories.
Leverage historical data, market trends, and sales insights to predict customer demand accurately.
Inventory Management
Oversee inventory levels to ensure alignment with forecasted demand while avoiding excess stock and minimizing the risk of shortages.
Implement strategies to balance inventory turnover rates and optimize stock levels.
Performance Monitoring
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Forecast Accuracy (FA), Forecast Bias (FB), Out-of-Stock (OOS) incidents, (SLOB), and Days of Inventory (DOI).
Assess the effectiveness of the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process and make data-driven decisions to enhance performance.
Planning
Conduct comprehensive scenario analyses to evaluate various supply chain scenarios.
Develop and implement contingency plans to address and adapt to evolving market conditions and unexpected disruptions.
Other tasks are assigned by Line Manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field, or a demonstrated passion for supply chain management.
Experience: Minimum of 04 years of progressive experience in Demand Planning/Supply Planning/Inventory Control Senior level
Supply Chain Expertise: Extensive knowledge of demand forecasting, inventory management, production planning, and overall supply chain processes.
Language Skills: Proficiency in written and spoken English (Prefer)
Soft Skills:
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights.
Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across various teams.
Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Capacity to adapt to changing environments and address complex problems with innovative solutions.
