Talent Management Support: Conduct orientation interviews for new hires.
Facilities Management: Monitor, allocate departmental assets and accessories to associates, raise the ticket for fixing or improvement, purchase the stationery and office equipments as per regulations.
System Administration: Create User IDs and PC for new hires, maintain employee records, oversee claims and payments, and manage exit procedures, receive/send couriers.
Reporting: Maintain assets and accessories file of department, update organizational charts, and other relevant documents.
Engagement Activities: Organize guest receptions, department meetings, corporate outings, workshop, long-year service celebration and gift distributions.
Ad-hoc Tasks: Complete additional assignments delegated by Serk and the Department Head.
Final-year students majoring in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or Hospitality, available for full-time work for a 6-month period.
Strong English language skills (speaking and writing).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
Hardworking, enthusiastic, dynamic, and meticulous.
Customer service-oriented mindset with keen attention to detail.
Note: Can provide a recommendation or introduction letter from their university upon onboarding.
