The Opportunity
Our esteemed client, one of Vietnam's popular securities firms is looking for a Deputy CEO to enhance the company's revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the company's business plan.
Build, train, and manage the sales team to meet business goals.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Maintain client relationships and provide professional financial advice.
Update clients on stock market trends and support transactions.
Oversee client accounts and trading activities.
Participate in business development events.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Banking, or related fields.
Knowledge of financial markets, securities laws, and trading procedures.
Strong communication, analytical, and consulting skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Securities practice certificate preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the securities industry.
