MSIG Vietnam is looking for suitable candidates for Deputy Manager in Hanoi. If you are passionate about client service, B2B insurance solutions, and commercial operations, this is a great opportunity to take the next step in your career. Please kindly check the JD details as below:
• Explore new business opportunities.
Build and develop the relationship with clients/brokers/local insurance companies
• Acquire underwriting knowledge and risk assessment expertise from the synergy in-house reinsurer to adopt in the company for local business.
Be in charge of Pre-underwrite and Facultative Reinsurance placement with synergy in-house reinsurer regarding local businesses.
• Build and analyse the local business pipeline; build the budget and business plan in alignment with the risk appetite of the synergy in-house reinsurer.
• Acquire underwriting knowledge and risk assessment expertise from the Regional/Head Quarter to adopt Company's initiative for Renewable Energy.
• Build and analyse the local business pipeline; build the budget and business plan in alignment with Company's initiative for Renewable Energy.
• Host and facilitate the meetings with synergy in-house reinsurer and/or Regional/Head Quarter about Company's initiative for local business including Renewal Energy.
4. Timely prepare periodic reports as required by the line Manager
5. Other office work as required by the Company
Yêu cầu
• University Graduation
• English fluency.
• At least 5 years of working experience in Non-Life Reinsurance. Experience in property/casualty underwriting/reinsurance is preferable.
• Having good ability to work with broker and/or knowledge about reinsurance is a plus.
• Strong marketing sense.
• Well know all insurance products and able to explain to clients their coverage.
• Be highly aware of requirement to be professional to provide high quality service to clients.
• Presentation & negotiation skill
