Deputy Manager

Skills and experience that will lead to success.
•University graduates, major in Non-life Insurance/ Economics/ Finance/ Banking/ Business
•Having minimum 3 years of experience in Non-life Insurance/ Banking/ Finance/ Economics/ Account Management/ Project Management roles
•Strong interpersonal skills - effective communication across organizational levels, self-awareness and emotional intelligence
•Fluency in written and verbal communication in Vietnamese and English (working with colleagues across APAC), fluency in Chinese is an advantage.
•Having analytical mindset, critical thinking and problem-solving skill
•Demonstration of self-discipline and organization
•Devoted to details, motivated to achieve goals, possesses strong business knowledge
•Proficient with MS Office systems
•Working experience in insurance/ reinsurance industry.
