The Job

Design and implement build, deployment, and configuration management
Test implemented designs
Build and test automation tools for infrastructure provisioning
Handle code deployments in all environments
Monitor metrics and develop ways to improve
Brainstorm for new ideas and ways to improvement development delivery
Build, maintain, and monitor configuration standards
Maintain day-to-day management and administration of projects
Manage CI and CD tools with team
Document and design various processes; update existing processes
Improve infrastructure development and application development
Provide technical guidance and educate team members and coworkers on development and operations

Your Skills and Experience

Ability to think critically and to formulate solutions to problems in a clear, concise and timely manner.
Experience with configuration management such as Ansible, Chef, Puppet, or similar
Experience with managing production infrastructure with Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins etc.
Experience with or exposure to scripting & coding (Bash, Python, Ruby, Groovy or similar).
Experience with or exposure to implementing and supporting internet-based applications / web servers.
Strong knowledge of AWS, GCP or Azure Cloud
Strong Linux and Windows system administration
Knowledge or exposure to Kubernetes, Docker.
Knowledge of JIRA, Git, Slack, Confluence.
