Lead the DevSecOps function, managing a team of DevSecOps and Site Reliability Engineers.
Architect and implement CI/CD pipelines optimized for secure, compliant delivery.
Own Infrastructure as Code (IaC) standards across Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.
Manage cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) with BFSI-grade reliability and controls.
Containerize applications and manage orchestration via Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE).
Define and enforce access control, secrets management, and environment isolation.
Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (e.g., PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, RBI Guidelines).
Lead efforts in observability, monitoring, and incident response (Grafana, ELK, Prometheus).
Collaborate with InfoSec and risk teams to integrate DevSecOps in the SDLC.
Perform capacity planning and cost optimization for cloud infrastructure.
Drive adoption of GitOps and policy-as-code tools (e.g., ArgoCD, OPA, HashiCorp Sentinel).
Build runbooks and disaster recovery strategies for critical BFSI workloads.
