PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Digital Marketing Coordinator will be in charge of driving direct-to-consumer marketing and sales efforts, supporting key initiatives in Zwilling's Culinary and Beauty businesses. This role will lead social media activities, influencer partnerships, and PR collaborations to enhance engagement and business growth.
Social Media Execution
• Oversee content management and posting across all social media channels (Facebook/Instagram/TikTok/Pinterest/YouTube/LinkedIn).
• Maintain social media calendar of events and posting schedule.
• Create unique social media content, tailored to each social media platform using concise copywriting and appropriate brand voice.
• Foster community engagement through proactive interaction with followers by responding to comments and direct messages in a timely manner.
• Work alongside our customer service team to aid customer issues that come in through social media.
• Monitor social media trends, sentiment, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities or potential issues using social media listening tools.
• Track and report on social media performance, using analytics tools to gain insights and refine strategies.
Influencer Partnerships & PR Collaboration
• Conduct research to identify and evaluate potential influencers for brand collaborations.
• Support influencer relationships, coordinating partnerships for key product launches, campaigns, and business initiatives.
• Coordinate influencer reporting, tracking campaign performance and analyzing results to optimize future collaborations.
• Assist with drafting new product briefs for influencers and our PR agency to ensure consistent messaging across influencers and media channels.

Yêu cầu
QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in digital marketing, ecommerce or similar industries.
• Familiarity with social media management tools ([protected info], HootSuite, Sprout, etc.)
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram/Facebook/TikTok/Pinterest/YouTube).
• Experience with Google Analytics and social media analytics tools.
• Proven experience in influencer partnerships, campaign management and performance reporting.
• Proficient English verbal and written communication skills.
• Managing multiple projects under tight deadline
• Familiar with fast-paced working environment/industry
• Ability to research industry trends and apply insights to enhance engagement and drive growth.
• Self-motivated, can work independently and proactively
• Video editing skills and experience with PS or Ind are a plus.
