Paid Channels setup & optimize (70%):
Run and optimize paid channels - mainly Facebook, TikTok, and Google Ads (70%) - plus Affiliate, Email, Zalo, and ZNS to meet traffic, ROAS, and revenue goals.
Coordinate with partners, the E-commerce team, and other departments to deliver digital campaigns on time and resolve issues promptly.
Work with the IT team and brand teams to update materials and ensure smooth system setup and campaign execution.
Stay updated on trends, A/B testing, and best practices in
digital marketing, applying them to improve performance.
Propose website/app activities such as mini-games or loyalty programs based on monthly, seasonal, or project requirements.
Report & others (30%):
Manage tracking and data, evaluate campaign performance, analyze results, summarize key learnings, and recommend optimizations for digital campaigns.
Prepare regular reports (weekly, monthly, yearly) or as requested by management.
Coordinate with admin and other departments to handle administrative procedures related to plans.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the leader/manager.
