Marketing Executive with a strong focus on Performance Marketing and CRM.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Performance
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms
Manage and allocate advertising budgets based on performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, conversion rate)
Set up and monitor paid campaigns (ad setup, targeting, A/B testing, optimization)
Execute and support SEO/SEM strategies to improve traffic
CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
Develop and manage CRM strategies to enhance customer retention and lifetime value (LTV)
Segment customer databases based on behavior, purchase history, and engagement
Plan and execute CRM campaigns (Zalo, Email, SMS, etc.)
Analyze customer journeys and optimize touchpoints
Collaborate with Sales team to improve sell-out performance
Data & Reporting
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights
Monitor full-funnel performance (Traffic → Conversion → Retention)
Recommend improvements based on data analysis
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Sales, Creative, and E-commerce teams
