Implement promotional programs across different channels according to approved plans, ensuring each promotion meets the KPI targets set for its respective channel.
Coordinate with agencies (paid media, affiliate) to prepare each channel for the campaign, ensuring the most effective advertising spend.
Set up and manage content for Insider, ensuring timely payments to all partners.
Continuously monitor online marketing trends in the market to provide sufficient data for periodic reports to direct supervisors and consistently optimize channels for the best results.
2. Execute
digital marketing communication channels:
Create promotional content for social media posts to ensure timely and comprehensive updates about campaigns are delivered to partners.
Coordinate with affiliate partners and provide updated promotional program details, ensuring all campaigns are launched on time and meet deadlines.
Propose ideas and prepare content plans for individual channel/campaign performance reports to direct supervisors.
Work closely with the paid media agency to provide necessary program information, banners, and content.
Monitor the accurate progress of promotional campaigns with both external partners (agencies) and internal teams (platform setup, trade, product, and design departments).
3. Execute and update banners and product visuals for promotional campaigns:
Implement and manage banner content for each channel, ensuring accurate, complete, and timely delivery of visuals and messaging for promotional programs.
Coordinate with the design team, product content team, and trade team to deliver campaign banners and product images according to the approved plan.
Receive and execute main theme usage plans provided by the brand.
Set up the display of banners, promotional categories, and product content on the website, ensuring alignment with keyword strategies for optimal performance.
4. Ideate and manage landing pages for brand promotional campaigns:
Develop core concepts for landing pages upon receiving campaign plans, ensuring the content clearly communicates the main message of the promotion.
Collaborate with the design team on visuals and content for landing pages, aligning with current trends and ensuring the layout matches both the campaign and brand identity.
Work directly with the coding team to review and demo landing pages, ensuring a smooth user experience and error-free functionality.
Conduct quality checks on landing pages before launching communication on media channels, ensuring optimal image quality and technical performance.
Manage and organize user data collected after each landing page campaign concludes.
Bachelor's degree in Economics, International Trade, Marketing, or Business Administration.
At least 3 years of experience in the field of Digital marketing.
Solid understanding of key digital performance metrics on e-commerce platforms such as ROI, CIR, CPO, and CR
Strong ability to focus and manage multiple tasks simultaneously (multitasking)
Capable of data analysis and logical thinking
