I. Job Summary
The Digital
Marketing Executive is responsible for planning and executing content across Social Media, Website, and App to support marketing campaigns and drive brand awareness. This role focuses on content creation, multi-channel management, performance tracking, and continuous optimization to achieve business and communication objectives.
II. Main Roles & Responsibilities
1. Content Planning & Production
Develop detailed monthly/ campaign-based content plans, including promotions, new product launches, store openings, and loyalty programs
Generate creative ideas for visual and video content aligned with brand tone & guidelines across social platforms
Proactively stay updated with trends (social trends, food trends, consumer trends) to create engaging and relevant content
Participate in content production, including basic in-store shooting/filming and supporting the Creative team for larger productions (viral clips, TVCs, campaign videos)
2. Social Media Management & Execution
Manage and execute content across social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Zalo OA, etc.)
Maintain content calendar, ensuring posting frequency and content quality meet agreed plans
Publish content (captions, visuals, hashtags) and ensure proper display across platforms
Monitor and manage audience engagement, including responding to comments/inbox and handling negative feedback according to guidelines
3. Website & App Content Execution
Update content on Website & App, including banners, new product listings, and promotional information
Create and schedule Push Notifications to communicate campaigns and offers to users
4. Performance Tracking & Optimization
Monitor and analyze content performance using tools such as Facebook Insights, TikTok Analytics, etc.
Prepare periodic reports on campaign and content performance
Propose improvements and optimization actions to enhance digital KPIs
5. Coordination & Stakeholder Management
Brief and collaborate with Design/Creative teams to produce content
Coordinate with KOLs/KOCs, influencers, or external partners to increase brand visibility when required
Support other marketing activities as assigned
6. Operational & Administrative Support
Handle paperwork related to
Digital Marketing activities, including payment requests, advances, and reimbursements
Manage and archive contracts and related documents
Support in-store customer experience initiatives (e.g., music marketing) when required
Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager
