1. Summary
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, tracking and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. This position requires a person who should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Digital marketing managers will work with the marketing team, supporting teams (such as media, design, projects), and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.

2. Key responsibilities
o Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, mobile app, and display advertising campaigns.
o Design, build and maintain our social media presence
o Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
o Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
o Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
o Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
o Collaborate with internal/ external teams to create campaign landing pages and optimize user experience.
o Develop content strategy and voice (of the content through the digital channels) and deliver it effectively across digital channels.
o Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
o Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
o Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
o Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
o Hire, coach and manage a team, including student interns.
Yêu cầu
o 3-5 years of relevant experience within an organization.
o Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, mobile app, and/or display advertising campaigns.
o Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
o Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
o Experience in mobile app installation.
o Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
o Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
o Working knowledge of setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
o Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Java
Script development and constraints
o Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
o Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
o Meticulous attention to detail and a capacity to set priorities and meet deadlines
o A strong communicator, both written and verbal who understands the interaction between strategy, content and audience engagement
o Ability to build relationships and work with a variety of coworkers across multiple teams
o High integrity, energy, and a desire to work in a results-oriented, fast growth environment.
o Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes monitoring, posting and other tasks outside of the business hours.
