Mô tả công việc
- Advertising and promoting Express service via social media channels like Facebook, Zalo, and Kakaotalk, as well as other online platforms. Recommend services to customers and oversee order management processes.
- Identify and target potential customers in Vietnam, Korea, and other countries who require Express services.
- Create and publish promotional content on Facebook pages, groups, and Zalo groups.
- E-commerce market research.
- Develop and offer Express services through an online application or platform.
- Track order status in collaboration with a partner and manage payment collection and arrangements.
- Update the order handling statutes regularly
- Support team in order processing tasks such as generating invoices, updating shipment statuses, and other related activities.
- Provide reports on outcomes to supervisors.
- Offer customer service assistance and other tasks as directed by the manager.

Yêu cầu
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Preferred experience in marketing specifically in selling products or services through FB pages/groups, Zalo groups, Kakaotalk, and other online platforms.
- At least 1-year experience working in Express companies.
- Graduated from college or higher majoring in economics, e-commerce, foreign trade, import-export, logistics.
- Korean - Topik 4 or English - Toeic 700.
- Proficient in office computers.
- Careful, honest, eager to learn, hard-working, good communication ability.
