Mô tả công việc
1. Retail Admin - Digital Brand
• Reconcile sale of store vs SAP vs Incoming Bank
• Verify & Clear Retail Admin on SAP
• Coordinate with bank on fraudulent transactions, overcharge, undercharge...
• Other ad hoc reports and tasks as assigned
2. Tax Compliance
• Responsible for Monthly / Quarterly Declarations of VAT, FCT: computation and reports
• Responsible for CIT finalization (yearly)
• Responsible for other Tax reports: Usage Invoice report, Tax refund report, Internal Transfer Slip...
• Check & reconcile sale vs BKAV (e-VAT system) and issue e-invoice
3. General Accountant
• Payroll posting, SMUI, PIT reconciliation with HR vs SAP
• Trial Balance checking and prepare VAS ledgers on monthly
• Support closing FS monthly, yearly
• Other ad hoc reports and tasks as assigned
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Audit / Finance
• At least 5 years of Finance & accounting experience
• SAP exposure is a plus
• Priority candidates working in retail companies
• Good at English (Intermediate: spoken and written)
• Ability to work under pressure, hard-working and a team-player
