- As HR Director, you'll drive HR and initiatives such as hiring, benefits, employee relations and training programmes, to ensure compliance for hotel team members. You'll also promote a positive team culture whilst ensuring colleagues deliver a guest experience that is unique and brings the brand to life. You'll also coach the General Manager and leadership team on all people-related issues.

- Education
+ Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resources or Training.
- Service years in the field
- 03 years of relevant experience or similar supervisory role, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
- Knowledge and skills
+ Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
+ Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
+ Problem solving, analytical, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
+ Good writing skills.
- Language/Ngoại ngữ:
+ Fluent in English (speaking, listening, reading and writing).
