General Responsibilities:
The Director of Sales operates under the delegation and assignment of the Board of Directors.
Responsible for managing the company's daily sales operations and ensuring performance obligations are fulfilled in alignment with company goals.
Management & Leadership Duties:
Understand and effectively communicate the company's vision, mission, core values, and objectives to employees, partners, and clients.
Lead and motivate sales teams to maintain high energy and a customer-centric mindset, consistently aligned with KPIs and OKRs.
Supervise, guide, and ensure team members complete assigned tasks in compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Take charge of recruiting, training, and developing team members in a flexible and motivating work environment to enhance productivity.
Provide innovative ideas and contribute feedback to shape and improve the company's
business development strategies.
Sales Responsibilities:
Maintain and expand productive partnerships with travel agencies, tour operators, and MICE planners.
Manage and grow a comprehensive contact database of agents, collaborators (B2B), and direct customers (B2C).
Communicate effectively with clients through diverse channels such as email campaigns, advertising, and direct or indirect sales efforts.
Develop and implement successful inbound and outbound sales and marketing campaigns for both domestic and international markets.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, events, and client meetings as required.
Set, agree on, and deliver sales performance targets across monthly, quarterly, and annual timelines.
Track actual performance against budgeted targets, analyze gaps, and propose timely adjustments.
Monitor, evaluate, and report on sales activities to ensure optimal outcomes and business growth.
Maximize revenue generation by implementing effective sales strategies and capturing new opportunities.
Proactively handle customer feedback, issues, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure high conversion rates from inquiries to bookings, and achieve annual sales targets both individually and collectively as a team.
Comply with all internal processes and customer service standards.
External Relations:
Act as a representative of the company in dealings with clients and partners.
Handle assigned external matters with investors, suppliers, and customers within authorized scope.
Coordinate with suppliers and collaborate with departments such as Product Development, Commercial, and Marketing to optimize sales opportunities.
Planning Duties:
Develop strategic sales plans in alignment with Board directives, focusing on leadership, salesforce development, and team performance.
Maintain a strong, well-trained, and effective sales team through continuous coaching and evaluation.
Reporting:
Consolidate and report on overall business operations and market data to support strategic decision-making.
Attend regular and ad-hoc meetings as requested by the company.
Provide timely updates and performance reports to the Board of Directors.

Requirement
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Management, Tourism, or Marketing.
Proven experience in a similar leadership role, preferably within the tourism, hospitality, MICE, or service industries.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive team performance.
Strategic mindset with solid market analysis capabilities and business planning expertise.
Excellent communication, negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in reporting and experienced in using tools for task management and sales data tracking.
