Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing Property and Staffing
2. Become a strong, focused and fair leader
3. Be flexible to daily changes and alterations in priorities.
4. Create scheduling daily/weekly of shop floor to meet shipment dates
5. Understand and enforce Quality Control throughout Manufacturing process, on all Final Assemblies and Shipments
6. Oversee all Equipment Maintenance to ensure it is correct, on time, and budgeted for
7. Report machine malfunctions to USA Team
8. Responsible for all new equipment and Shop Purchases
9. Make sure appearance of building interior and exterior are well maintained
10. Build and maintain new and existing vendor relationships
11. Adhere to all company policies as well as safety and environment regulations
12. Implement, direct and document continuous improvement
13. Conduct Tuesday weekly shop schedule meetings with USA team
14. Maintain all Technology/IT/Software through USA Representative and Local Representatives
15. Customer contact for all Local projects - involvement in quoting and timing of projects with Sales Team. Maintaining solid relationships with Customers.
16. Record and document all Vietnam expenditures for USA
17. Upon completion of a job, review actual hours consumed to the hours quoted for the job to evaluate efficiencies and identify areas requiring attention
18. Deal with errors though the Production Manager on an expedited basis so the root cause can be identified quickly and resolved
19. Working knowledge of financial statements
20. Review all expenditures for Vietnam monthly with team to stay within budgets
21. All hiring and firing of Vietnam employees with assistance from Staff Leaders
22. Conduct all Performance Reviews and Performance Goals Meetings with Staff
23. Direct, develop and document training sessions through Production Manager when training is needed
Expected to work 48 hours+/week and Saturday work shifts if necessary. Flexible hours for occasional Real Time USA meetings
