The Operations Program Manager (OPM) plays a relevant role within the Display Technical Operations (Tech Ops) team. With multiple technical teams within Display Tech Ops, the OPM serves to pull together all relevant teams to drive ramp readiness, and provide a cohesive, coordinated message to upper management and cross-functional teams. A successful OPM is a natural leader and facilitator. Inspired, organized, and detailed, you are adept at facilitating actions, resolving attrition, and communicating with ease at all levels of the organization. Excel at program management and progress in a dynamic environment where change is the only constant.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years NPI Experience in the display or semiconductor industry - can be from manufacturing, process engineering or quality organization with a bias towards program management. Ability to understand and absorb technical issues quickly;
Influence: Leadership and ability to influence in a matrixed organization. Experience leading groundbreaking cross-functional teams with ability to simplify entangled technical problems/issues and bring clarity for efficient decision making;
Vendor Management: Experience leading suppliers producing elaborated modules across global supply chains;
Communication: Excellent verbal and presentation skills. Experienced in putting together clear presentations and delivering to executive teams;
Factory Operations: Understanding of factory operations and driving teams on key operations metrics. Experience in scaling production and managing schedules (ramp, technical convergence, equipment readiness and validation);
Drive: Tried ability to drive solutions in high pressure situations. Self-starter with incredible drive and motivation to complete any challenge given.

Bachelor's degree in engineering. MS or MBA degree preferred. A combination of both formal education and experience in engineering, business or supply chain is highly desirable. Equivalent industry work experience is acceptable.
