Provide legal advice to existing and potential customers .
Handle regulatory issues including Governmental filings, licenses, approvals and registration of the Client and projects.
Negotiate, review and draft contracts, agreements, corporate documents and other legal documents of the client.
Check, follow and supervise legal compliance regarding laws, internal/external regulations, policies and guidelines of the Client.

Graduated from University Bachelor of Law
Having Lawyer Certificate
English: Upper Intermediate Level
Being experienced in business law practices (foreign investment, corporate, M&A, licensing, labour & employment etc.)
Having at least 4 years experience in legal service companies.
