1. Investment Application - to conduct with all kinds of investment application tasks on an as need basis, including application dossier drafting, internal and external communication, prepare presentation to government officers, regulation and practical experiences clarifications, ETC.
2. Legal Consulting - to deal with consulting cases in respect to business operation commissioned by other department (legal research, case analysis and legal opinion drafting).
3. Contract reviewing - to draft and review varieties of business contracts and legal documents, more than 70% are in English.
4. Litigation - Appeared in the court on behalf of the company or to assist on dispute settlement for protecting the rights and interests of the company.
Yêu cầu
Obtained lawyer license - a requisite condition.
More than 3 years of working experience.
Proficiency in English, mandarin will be a plus.
Foreign-invested company work experience.
Experience in handling investment cases and communicate with government officers.
Experience in in-house legal works.
