Distribution Requirements Planning Executive

MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE
Aim to support business to success on Omi - Channel (B2C) that Gift is the important factors in
sales approaching, so this role is required to ensure proactive working in the below main job
scopes.
- Stock Management (55%): focuses on planning and coordinating stock replenishment
among various distribution centers, ensuring the accuracy and transparency of
inventory status and maintaining the quality and quantity of goods in stock.
- Transportation Management (30%): Co-ordinate long-haul transportation routes,
managing transportation costs, and controlling data documents to compare various
shipping and service costs.
- Operations Execution (15%): Management execution task with high quality to ensure
provide the best service on data, operations requirement task.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Stock and Inventory Management
• Planning for gift stock replenishment among 4 RDCs and 3 CDCs to ensure that all warehouses have sufficiency stock for sales
• Coordinate with sales, CDCs, Marketing and VAS planning Executive to plan available stock for sales by weekly and monthly cycle
• Responsible for quantity and quality of goods in stock under management
• Guide, monitor, urge, and check TPM coordinator and propose measures to improve processes/regulations for effective project implementation
• Responsible for solving project-related problems, reporting immediately to management any nonconformities in the course of operation (products/materials are not returned as planned, goods are dented, defects, insects, termites, unsatisfactory supplies ...).
• Coordinate with QA and accounting department to ensure accuracy and transparency when classifying and reporting the status of goods
Transportation Management
• Transporting planning to all long-haul routes at nationwide level
• Manage and propose for optimization long hauls transportation cost
Operations Execution
• Perform other duties assigned by line managers
• Control data documents to compare loading and unloading costs, shipping costs and vendor service costs.
