Job requirements:
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in non-life insurance or electronic device insurance claims
English communication
Strong communication skills, logical and analytical thinking skills.
Ability to handle situations effectively, manage risk, and work under pressure.
Willingness to work overtime on public holidays and provide backup support for claims processing, including weekend shifts on Saturday or Sunday.
