JOB DESCRIPTION
Support job posting (design posters, write content, and post on
recruitment channels)
Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Contact candidates and coordinate interview schedules
Support the interview process (prepare documents, follow up with
candidates)
Update and maintain the candidate database and recruitment reports
Contribute to employer branding activities by managing the fan page and
interacting with potential candidates.
Assist in preparing onboarding documents and following up onboarding
checklists for new hires
Assist with basic C&B administrative tasks and HR reports as required
REQUIREMENTS
Undergraduate students majoring in Human Resources, Business
Administration, or related fields
Basic English communication skills
Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to use design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus
Good communication skills and a proactive working attitude
Careful, responsible, and eager to learn

JOB DESCRIPTION
Support sales during payment, promptly explain things that need
attention to customers or if customers have questions.
Assist in carrying goods, guide customers to the payment area, and
assist staff in confirming with customers the products they want to buy.
Support sales in packaging products to deliver to customers,
allowing customers to check products and money before leaving the counter.
Invite guests to try different types of tests, blotters...
Support sales in cleaning shelves and filling up goods.
Support membership registration for customers.
Grasp product knowledge as well as discount programs to be able to
support sales in case of large crowds.
Support taking care of goods to help sales when customers are
crowded to avoid loss, breakage, or damage.
REQUIREMENTS
Educational
Requirements:
2nd - 4th
year students
Languages: Can communicate in Russian/ English
Critical Skills: Quick adapt, careful at
work, good communication
