JOB DESCRIPTION
What You'll Actually Do
Own social content across TikTok, Instagram, Threads, and Facebook. Posts, reels, stories, the works
Replicate trending formats and remix them for our brand (yes, memes count. Yes, we're serious)
Show what it's like to work here. Workplace culture content that feels real, not staged
Design assets for campaigns, hiring posts, and internal comms (posters, banners, carousels)
Write copy for social posts, employee stories, and event recaps. Punchy, not corporate
Help manage the content calendar so we stay consistent and don't ghost our audience
Other tasks assigned by your direct manager.
REQUIREMENTS
Are a creative, proactive and self-motivated person, with a problem-solving mindset.
Scroll TikTok/Instagram and immediately think "I can make that".
Have a feel for what makes content actually shareable (not just pretty).
Skilled in CapCut, preferably with personal or professional projects to show for it
Skilled in Canva
Used Figma at least a couple times, or vector-based graphic software (Adobe Illustrator) (nice to have)
Write the way people talk. Clear, direct, no fluff
Are studying Business, Marketing, Communication, Multimedia, Design, or anything creative-adjacent
English proficiency: Fluent and comfortable.
