These teams really need an awesome leader who has extensive and substantial management experience in web development, including experience in the role of senior engineering as well as leading and organizing technical/ applications development/ operations teams.

• As a Senior Technical Architect, you'll work as part of a team to deliver innovative, cost-effective, and efficient IT solutions to an organization. You will be responsible for driving technology strategy, building out the technology team of one of our main competencies (PHP, Javascript, Java, .NET, Cloud Computing), and delivering on the shared growth vision. Deep understanding of Tech and Hands-On Attitude are a must (yes, sometimes you will need to jump in and show the boys how to code...) to help fight problems in the various teams as well as educate the teams to avoid them at all.
• You'll be working with cutting-edge frameworks, automation, and use the latest technologies for error tracking, reporting, and testing, with a high level of test coverage to maintain high-quality products that our clients use to run their entire business. We take pride in clean code built for our highly scalable systems. We work in small teams for clients from all around the world, follow agile work methods, and use continuous integration and delivery methodologies to move fast without sacrificing quality.
• Meeting potential clients, discussing Tech and Software Strategies are an important part of your role as well as sometimes traveling all around the world to help ease friction and solve technical problems.
• Work closely with the DevOps team in building and scaling back-end services as well as performing root-cause analysis investigations.
• Manage the development of internal systems, understand the business needs, gather requirements, and maintain a product backlog/roadmap

• English communication skills, verbal and written.
• You will be expected to have practical, hands-on experience of developing and delivering several large-scale, relevant projects.
• Good Business Mindset. Understand the requirements of international clients.
• Deep knowledge in PHP and Javascript (React/VueJS), as well as a deep understanding of Cloud Computing (AWS/ GCP/ Azure).
• Develop spike solutions for difficult technical challenges like Microservices, Serverless (e.g. AWS Lambda), Massive Scaling, etc.
• Good experience with RDBMS like MySQL, PostgreSQL; and NoSQL like MongoDB, Redis.
• You will be a strong advocate for maximizing automation in CI/CD, Testing, quality processes, and infrastructure as code.
• Having experience with the Symfony framework, any eCommerce platform is a big plus.
• Give talks at conferences all around the planet; Feel comfortable with this; Speaking experience is a big plus.
