JOB DESCRIPTION
- Implement and oversee the QMS.
- Assure for registering all the incoming and sending out documents of QA.QC department.
- Update and control procedure documents and forms.
- Ensure that all inspection information from each QA.QC Eng is uploaded to the system on a daily basis.
- File documents in physical and digital records and ensure appropriate storage.
- Assist in the coordination of all QA.QC office administration issues.
- Prepare weekly quality report as instructed by the Quality Manager.
- Any other duties reasonably assigned by Quality Manager.
Workplace: Ho Chi Minh (District 2)

- Advance in MS Office.
- Data organization skills.
