Mô tả công việc
1.Carry out customs procedures for export and import goods (raw materials, machinery, finished metal products).
2.Work directly with Customs agencies, Port Authorities, Forwarders to handle customs clearance and transport goods.
3.Draft and check import and export documents: Invoice, Packing List, Contract, CO, CQ, ( if any )
4.Monitor order progress, shipping schedule and coordinate with warehouse - production department to arrange delivery.
5.Negotiate with logistics service providers to optimize transportation costs and delivery time.
5.Manage records, store documents and prepare periodic reports related to import and export activities.
6.Update new regulations on customs, import and export and advise management when needed.
7.Support other related tasks as required by management.
Yêu cầu
1.Graduated from College/University majoring in Import-Export, Foreign Trade, Foreign Economics, Logistics...
2.At least 2 year of experience in the field of import-export, preferably in the metal industry or industrial production.
3.Mastering customs procedures and related legal regulations.
4.Basic English: reading and understanding documents.
5.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and customs declaration software is an advantage.
6.Careful, proactive, responsible and able to withstand high pressure at [protected info] interpersonal communication skills and team spirit.
