Due to our strong business expansion, we are looking for a highly driven and strategic sales leader for the following position based in Ho Chi Minh City.
Job Summary
Lead and drive nationwide sales growth across Modern Trade (MT), General Trade (GT), and Horeca channels for one of Vietnam's leading fresh produce brands. This role is responsible for commercial strategy, channel expansion, customer partnerships, and
sales team leadership nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute nationwide sales strategies to drive business growth across MT, GT, Horeca, supermarkets, convenience stores, and wholesale channels.
• Lead and expand relationships with key customers, retail chains, and business partners.
• Drive sales performance, revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion initiatives.
• Forecast sales volume, revenue, and market demand accurately.
• Develop and manage pricing strategies, trade programs, promotions, and commercial policies.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor and optimize operational efficiency across sales and distribution activities.
• Lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams across multiple locations.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and related departments to improve execution and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare business reports and recommend strategic improvement plans.
• Proven experience leading nationwide or multi-region sales organizations.
• Strong network within Modern Trade, General Trade, and Horeca channels.
• Experience in FMCG, fresh produce, food & beverage, or related industries is highly preferred.
• Strong commercial mindset with strategic thinking and execution capability.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership and people management capability.
• KPI-driven and result-oriented mindset.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-growing business environment.
• Fluent Vietnamese; English communication is preferred.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
